The compact is then sintered at high temperatures to form solid molybdenum rods. Mechanical processing: Sintered molybdenum rods are usually further processed through mechanical processing processes such as turning, milling or grinding to obtain the required dimensions and surface finish. Quality Inspection: Finished molybdenum wheels undergo quality control testing to ensure they meet mechanical performance, chemical composition and surface quality requirements. Packaging and Shipping: Once the molybdenum rounds pass quality inspection, they are packed according to customer requirements and prepared for shipment to the end user or further manufacturing facility. Each production step requires precision and expertise to ensure the final molybdenum round meets the standards required for the intended application.
